Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mbs88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current published version. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the mbs88 platform immediately and not register an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mbs88. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. mbs88 recommends that Members review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Eligibility

To register for and use the mbs88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mbs88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Any account found to have been opened by an individual under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of mbs88 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering solely on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of mbs88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated mbs88 account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order previously requested through mbs88's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion is permanent unless formally reversed through the prescribed process.

mbs88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period specified in our request may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active mbs88 account at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

mbs88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform; mbs88 may restrict, suspend, or close any account at any time in accordance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and any two-factor authentication credentials. mbs88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact mbs88 support immediately via live chat.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mbs88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identity and protect against fraud, money laundering, and underage access. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any other time at mbs88's discretion.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and current address, dated within 90 days.
• A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits (e.g., BCA mobile banking, BRI BRImo, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by the compliance team.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored and processed in accordance with the mbs88 Privacy Policy. mbs88 will not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or competent legal authority.

Withdrawal processing will be paused for any account with outstanding KYC requirements. mbs88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours.

Deposits

All deposits into your mbs88 wallet are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by mbs88, though individual bank and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. mbs88 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply a transfer fee, which is your responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your mbs88 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Bank transfers are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly in most cases.

mbs88 accepts no liability for delays in deposit crediting caused by technical issues at your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact mbs88 support via live chat with your transfer receipt or transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the mbs88 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

mbs88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts with no outstanding compliance flags. In practice, the majority of withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited within this window. Withdrawals may take longer during peak periods, national holidays (including Idul Fitri, Independence Day on 17 August, and Christmas), or when a manual compliance review is required.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• Your account has outstanding KYC documentation requirements.
• Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are included in the requested withdrawal amount.
• The account is under a security or fraud review.
• The withdrawal amount is exceptionally large and requires additional authorization under internal controls.
• The destination bank account details do not match the identity information on file.

mbs88 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside mbs88's control and are your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

mbs88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all mbs88 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate; certain games (e.g., some table games) may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after a specified period, which is stated on each promotion page. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a second bonus automatically.
• Abuse: mbs88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing hedging strategies to extract guaranteed profit from bonus terms, or using automated tools.
• No Retroactive Changes: mbs88 will not retroactively increase wagering requirements on bonuses that have already been claimed and are actively being fulfilled by a Member.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mbs88 platform are subject to the general rules set out in this clause and any sport-specific, game-specific, or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rules take precedence.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. mbs88 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at its sole discretion. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to return a profit; a voided leg reduces the accumulator by one leg. Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules, which are published in the sportsbook help section.

Live Betting: Bets placed during live events are accepted subject to the odds available at the moment of confirmation. Due to the real-time nature of live markets, mbs88 may temporarily suspend markets for odds recalculation. Bets confirmed before a market suspension are valid and will be settled at the confirmed odds.

Casino & Slots: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software supplied by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. mbs88 does not interfere with game outcomes.

Void Bets: mbs88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to: incorrect team pairings, impossible handicap lines, or prices that deviate materially from the true market. Members who profit from obvious errors will have the affected bets voided and any associated winnings removed.

Maximum Winnings: mbs88 applies maximum payout limits per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. Winnings in excess of the stated limit will be capped at the maximum payout.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbs88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register in your name or on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mbs88 customer support staff or other Members.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your mbs88 account.

Suspension & Termination

mbs88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• mbs88 ceasing to offer services in your jurisdiction.

Upon account closure by mbs88 for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach), any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Upon voluntary account closure requested by the Member with no outstanding compliance issues, the real-money balance (excluding any unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the most recent deposit method within seven (7) business days.

Members wishing to close their accounts voluntarily should contact mbs88 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mbs88 platform — including but not limited to the mbs88 logo, trademarks, brand name, website design, interface layout, written content, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbs88 or is licensed to mbs88 by its respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mbs88 platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any mbs88 content without express prior written permission.

Any unauthorized use of mbs88 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any service or market.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

mbs88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

mbs88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an mbs88 account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through the mbs88 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against mbs88.

Amendments

mbs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the platform homepage and, where practicable, via email to the registered address. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be made without specific notice.

The version date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent substantive revision. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the mbs88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
